I have a secret

Something I am never open about because it has such a negative connotation, and people have used it as ammunition against me in the past.  But I have realized in my ongoing 15+ year battle, it’s hard to ask for help when no one knows I have a problem.

I have bipolar disorder. 

And right now, I really hurt.
