Cruel, cruel irony. My parents kept putting me in my walker even though they knew damn well I couldn’t walk.
I broke my leg shortly after turning one. No one knows how it happened. Mom picked me up from the babysitter one day, and poof! It was broken.
That cast went all the way up around my waist.
These days that babysitter would be in JAIL. Back then, mom just took me back the next day. Parenting FAIL.
